Lincoln Aviator comes standard with a 3.0L twin-turbo V6 engine that can produce 400 horsepower. You can also choose an upgraded engine combined with a 13.6-kWh lithium-ion battery that can produce 494 horsepower. It comes standard as a rear-wheel drive but you can also choose an all-wheel drive.

Lincoln Aviator was launched as a midsize Luxury SUV in 2002. It’s one of the four SUVs offered by Lincoln, a brand of Ford Motor Company. It’s positioned between Lincoln Navigator and Lincoln Nautilus. It was one of the shortest produced vehicles ever sold by Lincoln because the first generation was discontinued in 2005.

It was relaunched in 2020 and it was the first vehicle of Lincoln offered as a plug-in hybrid. Its production unit was initially established at St. Louis Assembly in Hazelwood, Missouri that was later moved to Chicago Assembly in Chicago, Illinois in 2020.
